Sue Laakso,  “The history of my house: land, house and people”

Sue Laakso is one of our Society’s founding members. She worked as a librarian at TAFE for a number of years and, since retiring, has completed a number of research projects including her family tree. Sue’s presentation will be informal and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions about the research process. Our Society is receiving an increasing number of enquiries about the history of local houses so Sue’s presentation is timely.
